Rubrik is seeking a Lead Customer Success Engineer to own post-sales technical relationships for Rubrik Agent Cloud (RAC). You will guide onboarding through deployment, operationalization, and long‑term adoption as the senior technical authority for RAC across key accounts.
You’ll drive deployments, adoption depth, and value realization, building success plans and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Support to scale RAC across customers.
