Supervise Aircraft Interior CompletionStandard job description supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. This position is for first shift.Basic QualificationsMust have experience in manufacturing structural and/or electrical assembly.Leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.Must have a thorough understanding EVMS, Aeronautics Manufacturing System (AMS) and/or experience managing cost and schedule.Desired SkillsExperience in the application of lean manufacturing techniquesExperience managing bargaining unit labor resourcesExcellent communication skillsSupervisory/Management experience (to include program management) in aircraft manufacturing or production operationsExperience in Root Cause & Corrective ActionLeadership experience in driving a culture of Continuous Improvement and QualityMust have strong knowledge in leading a Culture of Accountability (COA) and/or cultural change management.Pay information: Full-time salary range: $89100.00 - $165500.00.
