Chief Growth & Marketing Officer

Goosehead Insurance seeks a growth-focused VP of Marketing to lead our digital-first customer-acquisition engine. You will own paid, SEO, lifecycle, and partnerships, while shaping the MarTech stack and measurement to drive new policy growth and favorable CAC/LTV payback.
You will mentor a high-performance marketing organization, manage the full budget, and partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and franchise networks to scale both brand and revenue.
