Position Summary
KKR is seeking a Vice President, Marketing Analytics for Content & Product Marketing to improve the effectiveness, relevance, discoverability, and commercial influence of KKR's content and product marketing. This individual will serve as the senior analytics partner to the Content Marketing and Product Marketing teams, translating performance data into insights that sharpen content strategy, product positioning, audience engagement, and marketing investment decisions.
The VP will own content and product level performance analysis across thought leadership, webcasts, digital experiences, asset class themes, and product marketing initiatives. The role will connect content engagement to lead generation, sales activity, opportunity progression, product interest, pipeline, and fundraising influence, while partnering with channel analytics leads that own distribution, campaign, funnel, and channel performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in marketing analytics, content and digital performance measurement, SEO insights, experimentation, executive reporting, and cross-functional leadership. This role requires a strategic leader who can combine quantitative performance data with qualitative content insights and translate complex findings into clear recommendations for senior marketing and business stakeholders. This candidate should be laser focused on answering the 'so what' when it comes to stakeholder performance reports.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary analytics partner to Content Marketing and Product Marketing teams, defining performance frameworks, KPIs and strategic recommendations aligned to business priorities
Own content and product level performance analysis across thought leadership, webcasts, asset class themes, product campaigns, landing pages and digital experiences.
Connect content exposure and engagement to lead generation, sales engagement, opportunity progression, product interest, pipeline and fundraising influence
Provide insights on thought leadership and webcast performance, including registration, attendance, viewership, engagement, replay activity, and audience follow-up behavior
Partner with channel-specific marketing analytics leads to understand content distribution performance and contribute to a consolidated view of content, thought leadership, and fundraising influence
Identify trends across content themes, asset classes, audience segments, formats, topics, and campaigns to inform content planning, product positioning and marketing priorities
Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with executive ready insights and presentations across asset classes, products, campaigns, audience segments and commercial outcomes
Conduct keyword, SEO, audience, journey, and competitor content analysis to identify opportunities for improved discoverability, relevance, and growth
Lead analytics for content testing and optimization, including A/B testing of copy, headlines, calls to action, landing pages, and content formats
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing and leadership teams. Ability to find and clearly communicate the story behind the numbers.
Partner with Marketing Enablement to analyze content usage and engagement in Seismic and provide performance signals that inform content lifecycle, governance and retirement decisions
Partner with Channel Analytics, Digital, Data & AI Enablement, Technology teams to improve reporting standards, data quality, taxonomy and scalable analytics capabilities
Mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to building a high-performing analytics team
Experience & Skills
10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, content analytics, digital analytics, product marketing analytics, or related analytics roles, preferably in financial services, insurance, asset management, or B2B marketing
Demonstrated experience serving as senior analytics partner to Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Editorial, or asset class marketing teams
Deep experience measuring content performance across web, email, CRM, marketing automation, events, webcasts, social, paid media, and sales enablement platforms
Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, SEO, keyword research, digital journeys, and conversion measurement
Experience developing executive level reporting and presenting actionable insights to senior marketing and business stakeholders
Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools
Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar systems
Proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing data from CRM, marketing, digital, content, and enablement platforms; experience using Python and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and/or AWS Redshift preferred
Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and drive cross functional action
Strong communication and presentation skills in communicating performance to marketing peers and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, analytics, statistics, business, or a related field.
Base Salary Range
$140,000 - $185,000 USD
