YouTube Video Producer & Content Operations Lead

Hope for America is a rapidly growing liberal/progressive media brand seeking a YouTube-native producer to own our video content from idea to publication and performance analysis. You will oversee Shorts and clipping strategies and schedule content across our platforms, ensuring preproduction is completed so hosts can film.
After recording, you will manage raw content, coordinate with editors, review revisions, publish the finished content, and monitor performance to inform improvements.
