Bowman Andros is seeking a Core Sauce Plant Line Lead - 4 OZ to supervise the 4 oz sauce line on the production floor. The role ensures continuous, efficient production, supports break relief, and guarantees workers are trained and adhering to SOPs.
The Line Lead will monitor line performance, coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Production Supervisor, and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment on a fast-paced line.
