This role focuses on supporting customers across multiple product lines and contributing to the overall success of the business through relationship management, outreach, and team coordination.Primary Responsibilities:Engage with new and existing customers to discuss available product options.Assist customers in reviewing insurance and financial service offerings.Coordinate daily operations across multiple business areas to help meet office objectives.Monitor performance metrics and support ongoing marketing efforts.Contribute to team development through communication, coaching, and collaboration.Participate in community activities that build local awareness of the agency.Qualifications:Experience in the insurance industry with proven cross-sell resultsStrong communication and leadership abilities.Experience managing or coordinating within a business or customer service setting.Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.Interest in professional growth within an agency environment.Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearDo you want a career and not just a job?We are a very busy office and are looking for our next great team member.
