As Associate Director, Youth and Community Programs, you will lead a growing program serving over 500 youth annually, with a focus on young people with disabilities from middle school through transition age. You will design inclusive arts education programs, build community partnerships, manage a team of teaching artists and program staff, and steward the grants and contracts that make this work possible. You’ll be part of CE’s Leadership Team, shaping the future of youth programming.

Compensation:

$77,000–$80,000 annually

Location:

1 Arkansas Street and 3245 16th Street, San Francisco, with frequent travel to partner program sites

Schedule:

Monday through Saturday; hybrid with minimum 60% on-site
