Remote Federal Regional Sales Director (DoW)

GitLab Inc. is hiring a Regional Sales Director for the Public Sector (DoW) as a remote role in the United States. You will lead a field-based sales team, drive new and expansion revenue across DoW, and guide large complex deals with executive stakeholders.
You will coach Account Executives, manage pipeline with MEDDPICC, and collaborate with Renewals, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and partners to deliver a cohesive, growth-focused customer experience. Travel as needed.
