About The Job
Primary Function
We’re looking for a Motion Graphics Editor who’s just as comfortable telling a story through a camera cut as they are building it frame-by-frame in After Effects. You’ll sit on-site with our client in Dublin, working across a fast-moving slate of content that spans London, Dublin and Tel Aviv. Real projects, real deadlines, real impact.

This isn’t a “wait for the brief” role. We want someone who takes a project from a loose idea through to a polished, distribution-ready deliverable, and who’s genuinely curious about where AI tools are taking our craft next.

Duties & Responsibilities

Owning projects end-to-end. From first concept through to final, client-ready delivery

Editing, animating and designing across a broad mix of formats: graphic design, motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, social content and reels

Crafting narrative from raw material. Interviews, Q&As, recorded sessions — and shaping it into something that actually lands

Mixing and polishing audio to match the quality of the visuals

Bringing AI tools into the day-to-day workflow, not as a novelty but as part of how the work gets done

Handling video ingestion and keeping projects moving without bottlenecks

Building out documentation and presentation assets that look as sharp as the video work

Keeping technical standards and SOPs current, so the whole team benefits

Holding the line on quality and brand guidelines, project after project

Working shoulder-to-shoulder with a team of editors, and communicating clearly with clients at every stage

Skills & Qualifications

A track record of shaping narrative from interviews or unstructured footage — you know how to find the story

Hands-on experience with AI creative tools like Runway, Adobe Firefly or Weavy

Comfort solving the technical curveballs that come with studio production

Bonus: experience with AI-powered cloud storage and asset management (Shade, Frame.io Drive)

The ability to hit tight deadlines on a fast-paced schedule without losing quality

Confidence to work independently and make sound editorial calls, while still taking direction well

A genuine appetite for new tools and technology — you’re energized by what’s next, not intimidated by it

Clear, confident communication, written and verbal

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across a diverse, cross-functional team

Education & Experience

5+ years’ experience in graphic design, motion design and 2D/3D animation editing

Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects

Working proficiency in Cinema 4D, with a solid grasp of 3D space
