About the Role:Responsible for driving all operations associated with the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Speaker Bureau and promotional peer medical education programs for a particular brand. Leads operational enhancements based on customer and market insights. Provides analytical guidance and support required to measure and monitor promotional speaker program activity. Leads strategic ad hoc projects.Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):Plays a key role in annual brand planning and tactical planning activities as identifiedDrive P2P system enhancements utilizing customer and market insights, e.g., industry benchmarkingDevelop the Operations section of the P2P Quarterly Business Review (QBR) including results of quarterly audits and SLA performanceResponsible for product (i.e. INGREZZA, etc.) Advisory Board meetings including Needs Assessments, content, and logisticsLead all operational processes associated with the Speaker Bureau, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify gaps, establish priorities, and generate solutions to streamline processes and create efficienciesLead bi-weekly joint Marketing and Compliance meetings to align on process changes and resolve any outstanding issuesManage the Speaker Network Portal and Speaker Select Portal including legal-only review of content changesActs as the subject matter expert and single point of contact for all metrics and analytics related to P2P programmingMonitor P2P agency partner Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), manage quarterly manual audits, monitor Tableau dashboards, and present results to applicable stakeholdersMonitor speaker cap report, identify issues, and respond to Compliance requestsManage Agency Partner Business Operating Rules and Field User Guide; collaborate with Legal and Compliance to update, maintain, and disseminate relevant policiesServes as the primary contact for Field Operations and SOSL team.Manage all speaker travel deviation requestsOwner and point of contact for the Medical Marketing agency partner Analytics TeamManage Marketing Programs budget line item; meet expense and timing targetsManage processes for field communication in collaboration with Sales Force EffectivenessDevelop and present Phase II and III Field Sales training content.Work collaboratively with Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to all applicable guidelines and requirementsOther duties as assignedRequirements:BS/BA degree Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or similar field. AND 8+ years relevant commercial/marketing experience within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry ORMBA or other Master's Degree preferred AND 6+ years of related experienceStrong understanding of marketing operations within the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and guidance related to development and use of promotional materialsDemonstrated proficiency with Veeva Vault or related systemExperience with multi-channel marketing campaign management systemsDemonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and ExcelAbility to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneouslySuperior organizational skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to communicate to a large group of people in a meeting settingExcellent listening, and verbal and written communication skillsAptitude for building positive working relationshipsAbility to effectively manage multiple projects and vendorsSolid process, project management and facilitation skills managing cross-functional teams at varying levelsStrong problem solving and conflict resolution abilitiesNeurocrine Biosciences is an EEO/Disability/Vets employer. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
