What You’ll Do

Trend Forecasting:

Identify retail, color, material, and lifestyle trends 6–9 months ahead of the market .
Product Development & Sourcing:

Lead end-to-end management from concept through pre-production, pricing, and launch .
Cross-Functional Ownership:

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing on competitive positioning, forecasting, and go-to-market strategies .
Custom Solutions:

Develop innovative custom concepts for key distributor clients while balancing cost, quality, and speed .
What You Bring

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required (High School Diploma/GED minimum requirement) .
Experience:

2+ years in product strategy, development, design, sourcing, or merchandising . (Promotional products industry experience is a major plus! )
Mindset:

Entrepreneurial, organized, and skilled at building strong vendor relationships .
Skill Set:

Ability to conduct technical material analysis and troubleshoot production constraints .
