The role reports to the Director of Business Development and requires experience with Federal Government Agencies and compliant, compelling submissions. Responsibilities include managing RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs; developing schedules, outlines, and staffing plans; and guiding authors and team members to high-quality proposals.
