The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic logistics environment and excels in both high-volume hiring and complex executive searches.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Pipelining: Develop creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, employee referrals, and industry networking events.

High-Volume Hiring: Efficiently support high-volume recruitment for multiple positions such as warehouse associates, forklift operators, coordinators, operations supervisors and managers, as well as executives while maintaining quality and candidate experience standards.

Candidate Experience: Deliver exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

Recruiting Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leaders across warehouse operations, transportation, sales, freight forwarding, and corporate functions to maintain alignment on requirements and timelines.

Recruitment Analytics: Track and report on key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.

Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to all EEO law, state and local employment law, and continuously enhance recruitment processes and tools to meet the evolving needs of the Company.

Executive Search Strategies:

Conduct in-depth role intake and create detailed position profiles in collaboration with hiring managers.

Research relative markets and identify high-caliber passive candidates in logistics, supply chain, and transportation.

Lead proactive direct sourcing, personalized outreach, and relationship-building with senior executives and potential candidates within the industry.

Manage full executive search lifecycle, including compensation benchmarking, assessment, prescreen, interviews, job offer negotiation, and reference checks, according to applicable local and state law.

Ensure confidentiality and professionalism throughout sensitive executive searches.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with proven success recruiting at multiple levels (hourly through executive), preferably within logistics, supply chain, 3PL, or transportation industries.

Demonstrated ability to handle both high-volume staffing (warehouse, drivers, etc.) and complex, high-touch executive searches.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).

Proficiency with ATS (UKG, Paycom, etc.), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, and recruitment analytics tools.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

Strong understanding of the logistics industry, including labor market trends for warehouse, transportation, and supply chain talent.
