Growth Media Strategist for DTC (Meta & TikTok)

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a performance media buyer who can drive growth for DTC and ecommerce brands through Meta and TikTok ads. You will own the paid media strategy, build testing roadmaps, and guide creative strategy while communicating results to clients.
You will manage budgets from $30k to $1M per month per client, diagnose funnels, and collaborate with editors and UGC creators. This role rewards strategic thinking, ownership, and speed.
