Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually

The National PCA Hub is an initiative designed to strengthen collaboration and resource sharing for the collective benefit of all Health Centers and Primary Care Associations (PCA) across the nation, representing the most comprehensive, trusted, and enduring technical assistance (TA) infrastructure supporting the Health Center Program.

The Communications & Engagement Manager leads the national dissemination, outreach, and engagement strategy for the Operational Excellence NTAP. This role ensures broad, equitable access to technical assistance activities for existing and potential health centers nationwide, including those serving medically underserved populations. This role ensures that all communications, materials, and dissemination platforms are strategically aligned with NTAP objectives related to operational access, financial sustainability, workforce development, HIT enhancement, workflow optimization, and preparedness for emergencies and environmental hazards. The Communications & Engagement Manager collaborates closely with the TA Director, Performance Manager, Program Managers, and external TA Delivery Partners, and supervises a Program Assistant.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop communication strategies for national audiences.

Manage webinar platforms and digital resource distribution.

Coordinate outreach to health centers serving special populations.

Develop participant engagement and retention strategies.

Ensure materials are accessible and compliant.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Federal grant and compliance awareness.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s or Master’s in communications, public health, or related field.

5+ years’ experience in national health communications or training dissemination.

WORK LOCATION

This position may be hybrid for candidates residing in Central Iowa and fully remote for candidates located outside the Central Iowa area.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Up to 10% for NTAP meetings and National PCA Hub Meetings
