Position Overview

As a

Vacation Ownership Sales Closer

on the Voyage Team, you'll meet with qualified owners and guests after their initial presentation to introduce Capital Vacations' exclusive

10-Year Voyage Travel Membership .

You'll help guests understand how the Voyage program provides years of flexible travel opportunities while delivering a personalized, consultative sales experience that results in confident buying decisions.

Responsibilities

Present and sell the Capital Vacations

10-Year Voyage Travel Membership .
Meet with qualified owners and guests following their initial sales presentation.
Build value around the flexibility and benefits of the Voyage program.
Conduct resort tours and demonstrate the advantages of Capital Vacations ownership.
Overcome objections and confidently close sales.
Review financing options and finalize purchases.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from presentation through closing.
Qualifications

Required

Active Florida Real Estate License.
Previous experience as a Vacation Ownership Sales Closer, T.O., Trial Ownership Representative, Take Over Representative, or similar closing role.
Proven success in a commission-based sales environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
