ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As

Account Manager

for Courtney Reed - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prospect and develop new client relationships through outbound calls, referrals, and community engagement
Conduct needs-based consultations to match clients with the right auto, home, life, and financial products
Build and manage your own pipeline from first contact to closed policy
Hit daily activity targets — calls made, quotes delivered, policies written
Collaborate with the agency owner to learn the full business of insurance and financial services
Represent the State Farm brand with professionalism in every interaction
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Demonstrated history of outbound phone prospecting or cold calling — you know your daily dial numbers
Competitive drive and genuine resilience when things aren't going well
A self-starter mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do
Strong verbal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Income-motivated with clear financial goals — you know what you want to earn and you have a plan
Customer-facing sales experience preferred (mortgage, retail, B2B, phone sales, or insurance)
Must obtain Ohio Property & Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses within 60 days of hire (we support you through this process)
