Through our community program "SNIPES serves" and its localized approach we support the needs of our communities, empower, and celebrate our dynamic culture.Overview: Reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, this position supports core digital initiatives including outbound communications, mobile app content, and personalization efforts to drive engagement, increase retention, and ensure consistent brand experience across channels. This role is highly collaborative and data-driven, blending creative execution with meticulous attention to detail. The Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing personalized, high-impact communications across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app experiences.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Lifecycle Marketing Manager in building, scheduling, and deploying customer-facing communications across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app contentCreate and publish in-app stories, optimize app homepages for consistency with the website, and perform QA to ensure accuracy and functionalityCustomize creative and product assortments for targeted segments by leveraging customer dataReview all outbound communications to ensure accuracy in content, links, design, and functionalityDeliver weekly reports on app performance, campaign results, and personalization KPIs, and track segmentation metrics across platformsProvide actionable recommendations based on engagement data, A/B testing results, segmentation analysis, and click map performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or e-commerceProficiency in email marketing platforms, push and SMS tools, and CMS or app content systemsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomouslyBasic understanding of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing best practicesFamiliarity with project management or creative asset managementExperience with GA4 preferredBasic HTML knowledge preferredCultural Success FactorsEnthusiasm for the brandConsumer ObsessedInnovative MindsetCollaborative natureSkillful communicatorData-Driven Decision MakingAdaptable and FlexibleDisciplined and self-motivatedBenefits with SNIPESGenerous Employee DiscountPaid HolidaysSummer HoursHybrid work schedulePTO (Paid Time Off)Bonus PlanAffordable Health InsuranceRetirement ContributionsSNIPES USA and all its subsidiary Companies are equal opportunity employers.
