Full-Time | On-Site + Local Job Sites | Fort Worth, Texas | Semmelmann Interiors

Are you highly creative, driven, technically strong, and always thinking about the next piece of content?

Semmelmann Interiors is looking for a Social Media & Digital Content Creator to create, capture, edit, and publish content that grows our company and personal brands.

This is not a traditional videographer role. Video and photography are important tools, but your primary job is to create exceptional content and get it out into the world.

You will work from our Fort Worth studio and travel to local luxury residential job sites, installations, events, and other locations to capture the stories happening every day.

You see the content. You capture it. You create it. You post it.

What You'll Do

Create and publish consistent, engaging social media content.

Capture behind-the-scenes content at luxury residential job sites, installations, reveals, our design studio, showroom, workroom, and events.

Drive to local project sites regularly to capture content as it happens.

Create content for the Semmelmann Interiors brand, Susan Semmelmann personal brand, and our team.

Bring personality, energy, and playfulness to team content while staying aligned with our brand messaging.

Create Reels, Stories, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, posts, and other social-first content.

Capture strong video and photography using an iPhone and professional equipment when appropriate.

Edit high-quality short-form video using CapCut or other platfoms.

Create strong hooks, captions, transitions, graphics, audio, and compelling storytelling.

Confidently direct team members on camera to get the content you need.

Maintain the content calendar and keep content moving consistently.

Update website content and support ongoing digital growth.

Apply SEO best practices across website and digital content.

Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile.

Track performance and continually improve content, reach, engagement, traffic, and visibility.

Stay ahead of social trends, AI, technology, editing techniques, and new creative opportunities.

We are not looking for someone to simply follow trends. We want someone creative enough to help set them.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong CapCut proficiency is required

Strong short-form video creation and editing skills

iPhone videography and photography

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest

SEO knowledge and experience

Google Analytics and Google Search Console

Google Business Profile

Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

Strong writing and storytelling skills

Personal-brand and company-brand content creation

Content scheduling and publishing

Social media and website analytics

Ability to independently take content from concept through publication

Reliable transportation and ability to travel regularly to local job sites

Experience with professional photography, videography, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, drones, AI content tools, or advanced website management is a plus.

A strong creative portfolio demonstrating your social content and editing capabilities is required.

Compensation: $52,000–$58,000

Based on experience, technical capability, creative portfolio, and operational leadership potential.
