We are looking for someone who is organized, creative, and outgoing as meeting with vendors and clients is a vital part of this position. What You'll Be DoingCreate and update basic marketing materials using CanvaCreate and send email campaigns using Constant ContactHelp create and schedule social media postsAssist with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media accountsUpdate customer and marketing contact listsHelp organize photos, videos, and other marketing contentAssist with flyers, promotions, email newsletters, and company announcementsCommunicate in both English and Spanish when neededHelp keep our branding and marketing consistentAssist with other basic marketing and office projects.Attend networking events and visit our clients officesWhat We're Looking ForFluent in English and SpanishComfortable using CanvaExperience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing softwareComfortable using social mediaGood computer skillsOrganized and able to manage multiple small projectsGood written and verbal communication skillsCreative and willing to bring new ideas to the tableDependable and willing to learnExperience Previous marketing experience is helpful, but we care more about finding someone who is smart, dependable, creative, bilingual, and comfortable using the tools we use.
