The Opportunity

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can be both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on doer. You'll work directly with partners and firm leaders to sharpen our market visibility, keep our brand sharp and consistent, and support our partner's business development efforts. From proposals and pitches to thought leadership, events, and everything in between.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives on variety: one day you're preparing a partner for a client pitch, the next you're shaping a thought leadership piece or setting up a client event. If you like seeing your work

directly move the needle on growth, this role is built for you.

Responsibilities:

Thought Leadership & Content Turn technical expertise into compelling, market-facing content including articles, newsletters, client alerts, and social media. Interview subject-matter experts, manage the content calendar, and keep an eye on industry trends worth writing about.
Proposals & Pursuits Own RFP/RFQ responses and pitch materials from request to submission. Maintain our library of credentials, case studies, and boilerplates, and help partners walk into every pitch prepared and polished.
Events & Relationship Marketing Plan and run client and community events, webinars, and sponsorships from logistics to follow-up that deepen relationships and generate real opportunities.
Brand & Digital Presence Keep our website and communications consistent, professional, and on brand across every channel.
Business Development Enablement Support partners with prospect and client research, meeting prep, and follow-up. Keep our CRM and pipeline data sharp and help move opportunities from lead to close.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (equivalent experience welcome)
5-8 years of marketing experience, ideally in professional services or another B2B environment
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills - you can translate technical expertise into content people want to read
Strong project management skills; you can juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
Strong organizational skills
Comfort working directly with senior partners and subject-matter experts
Experience with CRM/marketing databases, email marketing, websites, and social media
A self-starter mentality, paired with the judgment to know when to loop others in
Why FMF&E:

You'll have real visibility with firm leadership and a direct hand in shaping how we show up in the market - not just

executing someone else's plan but helping build it.

All candidate inquiries will be kept highly confidential.
