Canva in Poland is seeking a Creative Strategist to build and run the growth creative engine for Poland. You will own research, ideation, briefing, creator management, content evaluation, and creative analysis across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
You’ll lead a pod delivering creator-first strategies, run weekly sprints, partner closely with media buying and analytics, and scale frame-by-frame with data-driven creative that resonates with Polish audiences.
