THE ROLE
You’re an ambitious, resourceful and collaborative client service leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to bring ambitious ideas to life for key clients across entertainment, technology and culture. You’ll play a key role across projects of varying scale: supporting senior account leads on large, complex programs while independently leading smaller projects from kickoff through execution and recap.
You will:
Work across major experiential campaigns, including live activations, partnerships and social/digital extensions, delivering programs to high client and CIVIC standards
Support senior account leads on large, complex programs while independently leading smaller projects and owning key workstreams, timelines, budgets and client communication
Build trusted client relationships, anticipate needs and proactively identify challenges, bringing solutions and knowing when to engage senior leadership
Contribute to campaign strategy and creative development, bringing audience and cultural insights to ideas that meet client objectives
Create compelling client decks, presentations and program documents; contribute to pitches and confidently present work to clients
Manage cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, production and PR, ensuring clear communication, accountability and alignment
Lead client and internal meetings, translating discussions and feedback into clear decisions, owners and actionable next steps
Manage project financials and administration, including tracking budgets, scopes, staffing needs, contracts, SOWs and other key documentation
Manage and mentor junior team members through effective delegation, clear expectations, thoughtful feedback and ongoing coaching
Lead and support onsite client service workstreams, demonstrating strong judgment, attention to detail and a hospitality mindset in fast-moving live environments
Analyze program performance and develop thoughtful recaps that capture results, insights and opportunities
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:
6+ years experience in experiential activations management. Agency background or strong client services background preferred.
2+ years experience successfully managing a team of junior level employees or a core function
4-year degree or the equivalent of education and demonstrated experience
Join on-site for events and activations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly and to plan; availability and enthusiasm for short-term travel (including weekends) is required.
Proven creative, communication and organizational skills
Proven success interacting with clients and accurately assessing client needs
Demonstrated budget and project management ability
Demonstrated experience developing presentations and decks
Experience in the entertainment, consumer products, lifestyle and cultural sectors
Strong Microsoft and Google Suite skills
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required

Base salary is only one part of Civic's total compensation, which includes an annual discretionary bonus.
