Job Summary

Independently coordinates the implementation of external marketing, public relations, and communications initiatives that support Summit Pacific’s mission, vision, and organizational objectives. Manages assigned marketing projects, media relations activities, community outreach efforts, and public information initiatives while maintaining brand consistency across communication channels. Develops marketing analytics, reporting, and project documentation, exercising sound judgment to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and support department goals. Facilitates positive patient, employee, provider, and community engagement through timely, accurate communications.

Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Independently coordinates external marketing, communications, and public relations projects. Manages project timelines, vendor relationships, campaign execution, and deliverables while exercising independent judgment to resolve issues and meet deadlines. Develops, analyzes, and reports marketing metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and campaign performance reports to support departmental decision making and measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications initiatives.
