Seeking experienced Production Artists to rejoin the team in a temporary seasonal capacity, the remote position will focus on processing orders, performing image adjustments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality assurance and post-sales inquiries.
Key responsibilities:
Ensuring proper spelling, grammar, and photo placement in card and stationery orders
Performing advanced image enhancements, including color correction and object removal
Addressing customer inquiries related to image quality and resolution
Required qualifications:
Must have previously worked with the company during Q4
Proficiency in Photoshop and some experience with AI
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word
Must reside in CA, AZ, IL, MN, NJ, UT, WA, or WI
Availability to work at least one day per weekend through December
