Associate Creative Director: Hands-on Copy Lead, WFA

Bakery Agency in Austin is hiring an Associate Creative Director. You will partner with an ACD on the art side and report to a Creative Director, driving the work from brief to final deliverable.
You will write lines, shape scripts, sit in the edit bay, and push a piece until it’s right. You’ll lead senior, mid-weight, and junior creatives by example, setting the standard in the room, on set, and in the edit bay.
