Manager of Medical Writing

Leading a team of medical writers, the full-time Manager of Medical Writing will coordinate the delivery of high-quality clinical documents and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Managing the medical writing team to ensure high-quality, consistent, and scientifically sound documentation
Overseeing the preparation of clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, and other key clinical documents
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in documentation

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health sciences, or a related field, with extensive experience in medical writing
Proven experience managing medical writing teams and overseeing regulatory and clinical document development
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical trial processes
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts clearly
Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with experience managing multiple projects
