Responsibilities for Producer include but are not limited to:

· Oversee end-to-end campaign production across the Apple Creator Studio marketing portfolio, ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with business goals.

· Manage project timelines, roadmaps, production schedules, and status trackers, while providing regular updates to stakeholders.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams including Media, Creative, Design, Web, Marketing Management, Resource Management, and Brand Management.

· Lead planning and forecasting activities for upcoming quarterly and annual marketing initiatives and priorities.

· Drive operational efficiency and workflow optimization by facilitating meetings, documenting decisions, maintaining project documentation, and improving project management processes.

Candidates for Producer must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· 7+ years of Project/Program/Operations Management experience with proven success managing complex marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects.

· Experience working with Media, Creative, Design, Web, and Marketing teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

· Strong project tracking and organizational skills, including managing timelines, roadmaps, trackers, schedules, and multiple concurrent priorities.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

· Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Airtable, Wrike, OmniPlan, Quip, 10,000 Ft, or similar platforms.

Pay: $ 77.61 /hr. (75.85/hr.)

Shift: Onsite 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay Details:

$77.61 per hour
