About the Role:

Our client is seeking a strategic and relationship-oriented professional to lead investor communications, marketing initiatives, and external engagement efforts. This role will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen stakeholder relationships, support business development and fundraising activities, enhance brand visibility, and drive effective communications across multiple channels. The ideal candidate combines strong communication and marketing capabilities with project management skills, business acumen, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing, communications, and stakeholder engagement strategies that support business growth and relationship development.
Create and maintain high-quality presentations, marketing collateral, investor materials, reports, and other external-facing communications.
Partner with senior leadership and business teams to ensure messaging, branding, and communications are aligned with organizational objectives.
Support fundraising, business development, and investor relations activities through the preparation of materials, reporting, and coordination of key initiatives.
Manage digital marketing and communication channels, including website content, email campaigns, social media presence, and other outreach efforts.
Monitor and analyze marketing, investor engagement, and business development metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
Maintain accurate stakeholder information, reporting tools, and communication workflows across internal systems.
Lead or support cross-functional projects focused on improving processes, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and increasing operational efficiency.
Collaborate with external vendors, partners, and service providers while helping ensure successful execution of marketing and communication initiatives.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience in investor relations, marketing, communications, business development, fundraising support, or a related field.
Experience within financial services, investment management, private credit, private equity, or related field.
Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to turn complex information into clear and actionable insights.
Experience preparing executive-level materials and interacting with senior stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and campaign analytics.
