Regional Outside Sales Manager

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead the outside sales team within the designated region and ensure profitability while delivering exceptional service to customers and communities. You will guide Account Reps, coach on selling activities, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to maximize retention and growth.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in sales (outside sales preferred), and 1+ year in sales supervision.
