Field Producer – New Business & Renewals (Commission)

Brown & Brown is seeking a Producer to join our growing team. Reporting to a manager or Area Vice President, this role focuses on sales and renewal of business, earning commissions, and is defined as a producer under the TOP GUN program. Much of the work occurs outside of the branch or office.
The position emphasizes developing new revenue, managing a book of business, and pursuing growth opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships and following agency guidelines.
