GTM/Marketing

Lance · San Francisco, CA, USA ·

Job type:
Full Time

This is not a traditional marketing role. We want someone young, scrappy, founder-minded, and comfortable figuring things out from scratch.
You should be equally comfortable coming up with a weird campaign idea, writing the copy yourself, launching it that afternoon, and then digging into the data to understand whether it actually worked.
We’re looking for someone who is both creative and analytical .
What you’ll do Own and experiment with new growth channels
Develop creative campaigns that make Lance stand out
Write positioning, messaging, landing pages, emails, and launch content
Run outbound and help turn interest into pipeline
Build systems around SEO, GEO, content, email, social, and partnerships
Work directly with sales to understand what messaging converts
Analyze funnel performance and double down on what works
Come up with unconventional ways to reach hotel owners and operators
Help launch new products, partnerships, customer stories, and campaigns
Talk directly to prospects and customers to understand how they think
Move from idea launch measurement iteration extremely quickly
What we’re looking for You’ll likely thrive here if you:
Have a founder background or have operated like one
Are extremely scrappy and resourceful
Have unusually strong taste and creative instincts
Are analytical enough to understand funnels, attribution, conversion, and ROI
Can write extremely well
Know how to turn an idea into something shipped, not just a strategy deck
Are comfortable selling and talking directly to customers
Have strong instincts for internet culture, distribution, and attention
Are willing to try things that don’t look like traditional B2B marketing
Move fast and have a high tolerance for ambiguity
How we think about the role Most companies separate brand, growth, content, demand gen, and sales.
We don’t want that.
We want someone who can see an opportunity, come up with the idea, build the campaign, get it in front of people, measure whether it worked, and help close the customers it creates.
You should be able to switch between a creative brief and a spreadsheet without changing gears.
Creative enough to manufacture attention. Analytical enough to turn it into revenue.
