Nu is seeking a Senior Media Specialist - Marketing (US) to build and own Nu's paid media engine in the US, from the ground up. You will craft end-to-end campaigns, establish tracking and measurement, and work closely with analytics and finance to prove ROI and ROAS.
You will lead multi-channel strategies across digital and offline channels, targeting the mass affluent demographic in national, regional, and city markets. This hybrid role is based in Miami with 2 days/week in the office.
