Position Summary
The Admissions Liaison develops and manages relationships with referral sources and the community to generate admissions and support census growth, while guiding residents and families through the transition process.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, and other referral sources.

Conduct facility tours and presentations for prospective residents and families, explaining services and answering questions.

Coordinate admissions paperwork and processes in collaboration with the Admissions Director and interdisciplinary team.

Handle inquiry calls from hospitals, families, and community organizations and schedule follow-up appointments and tours.

Represent the facility at community events and outreach activities to promote services and build trust.

Perform other marketing and admissions liaison duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Experience in marketing and admissions for a skilled nursing facility required or strongly preferred.

Long-term Care/skilled Nursing Experience Preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

LPN/RN License Preferred

Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings or weekends for events as needed.
