The Virtual Water Technician is a general laborer working in our molding department making water equivalent plastics. This position will work 1st shift, do a variety of tasks, will get dirty and will work as part of a team.
Responsibilities: Follow production procedures and complete tasks per the Production schedule for manufacturing virtual water products.
Mix ingredients following the recipe, while completing documentation for each batch.
Execute in-process quality control procedures, tests and tasks per procedures, quality plans, and checklists.
Perform mold setup and de-molding procedures and tasks per Production procedures.
Perform finishing/cleaning procedures
General machining, as needed.
Ability to run a table saw to cut virtual water (training will be provided)
Assist with final order packaging
Maintain production records/logs
Work with a safety mindset and follow safety protocols.
Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout Production area.
Other duties as assigned

A safety mindset
The ability to lift & move 50 – 80 pounds (in short bursts)
Mechanical aptitude and an interest in hands‑on manufacturing work
Ability to stand, move, bend, and perform hands‑on work throughout the workday
Ability to communicate, read, write in English
Basic math skills, including the ability to follow measurements and material recipes
Experience with manufacturing record keeping, preferred
