Account Executive - State Farm Agent Team Member Position Overview
If you want your work to be rewarded, this Account Executive opportunity with Jeri Mainer State Farm in Spokane Valley, WA offers base pay plus commission on the business you write — from brand-new customers and from sales within our existing book — along with the stability of meaningful service work.
Responsibilities
Grow the agency through new business acquisition while cross-selling within the existing book of business
Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups
Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer records in the agency system
Meet weekly and monthly sales and service goals
Round out existing customer accounts by identifying coverage gaps and cross-selling during reviews
Qualifications
No prior experience required — we will train you
Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
Comfortable balancing sales goals with day-to-day customer service
