Growth Marketing Director — PLG & Trial Activation

BriefCatch is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to build and scale a demand-gen engine that brings qualified legal professionals into our free trial funnel. You will shift from sales-driven to product-led growth and own end-to-end demand gen strategy reporting to the CMO.
You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns, onboarding messaging, CRM hygiene, and performance tracking, partnering with content, brand, sales, and product to optimize trial-to-paid conversion and ARR.
