The successful teacher will take responsibility for delivering high-quality lessons and creating a structured, supportive classroom where pupils are encouraged to make strong academic and personal progress.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Primary Curriculum
Provide appropriate challenge and support for pupils of different abilities
Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
Monitor, assess and record pupil progress
Maintain clear expectations and positive classroom behaviour
Work effectively alongside teaching assistants and wider school staff
