Description Product Marketing Manager Customer | Middle of the Funnel | Product Marketing | Mid-Level | Reports to Sr. Director, Product Marketing | Hybrid or Remote, North America
POSITION SUMMARY Trintech is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help our existing finance and accounting customers understand, at a deeper level, the full value of the Trintech AI Platform. This is a research-driven, customer-facing role built for someone who can own an Analyst Relations program with rigor and translate that same market and competitive fluency into content that helps our customers get more out of the products they already use. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager owns Trintech's Analyst Relations program, with a heavy emphasis on market and competitive research, and leads middle-of-funnel activities that deepen current customers' understanding of the features, functionality, and capabilities of Trintech's products. This person partners closely with Product on the ongoing cadence of releases, turning the value of each launch into a story customers can understand, and plays a major role in enabling customer-facing teams to tell that story with confidence.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO Analyst Relations & Competitive Research Own Trintech's Analyst Relations program end to end, including briefings, inquiries, vendor profile submissions, and ongoing relationships with firms covering the financial close and reconciliation market
Colead market and competitive research to track competitor positioning, pricing moves, and messaging, keeping Trintech's competitive intelligence library and battlecards current and accurate
Synthesize analyst and competitive findings into clear points of view that inform product messaging, packaging, and go-to-market decisions
Represent Trintech directly in analyst interactions, ensuring our product, platform, and value stories are understood and reflected accurately in analyst research and market coverage
Middle-of-Funnel Customer Marketing Build and run middle-of-funnel programs with our broader go-to-market team that help existing customers understand, at a deeper level, the features, functionality, and capabilities of the Trintech AI Platform
Develop customer-facing content and campaigns, such as webinars, feature spotlights, customer newsletters, and in-app messaging, that deepens product adoption and engagement post-sale
Partner with Customer Success and Support to identify where customer understanding of the product falls short, and close those gaps with targeted marketing content
Work closely with our Customer Marketing team to maintain a customer content calendar that keeps existing customers current on platform capabilities between major launches
Product Launch Support Partner with Product on the ongoing cadence of releases, ensuring the value of every release is communicated as a story customers can understand and act on
Develop release notes, in-product messaging, and other customer-facing launch content that ties new functionality back to tangible customer outcomes
Support the broader Product Marketing team's launch operating model, ensuring middle-of-funnel and customer communications are sequenced consistently with each release
Customer-Facing Team Enablement Enable Customer Success, Support, and other customer-facing teams with the messaging, positioning, and content needed to speak confidently about product releases and platform capabilities
Develop training materials, FAQs, and talk tracks that help customer-facing teams field product questions and reinforce value with existing customers
Partner with the Product Marketing team's broader sales enablement efforts to ensure consistency between customer-facing and prospect-facing messaging
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Product Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure a consistent product and value story across every customer touchpoint
Bring the voice of the customer, informed by market and competitive research, into product and messaging discussions
Report only what can be confirmed through direct research, customer interaction, or data when communicating market, competitive, or customer insights
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS
