ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Marketing Representative for The Anderson Agency State Farm, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. Through fact-finding and needs-based conversations you will discover gaps in customer's plans and educate them on potential solutions. While putting the needs of customers first, you will strategically grow our customer base.

While promoting our team, our insurance products/financial services, and the value we offer to our community, you also gain unique insights invaluable to your career growth. As an inventive and sales-minded professional, we are eager to incorporate your skillset into our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with the agent to identify and support local community events.

Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and sell appropriate products and services.

Cross-sell a wide range of State Farm products.

QUALIFICATIONS

Able to obtain Property and Casualty license preferably before hire.

Able to obtain a Life and Health license within 60 days of hire.

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

Can-do attitude and strong work ethic.

Able to make presentations to potential customers

Self-motivated and goal oriented.

People-oriented

Creative in problem-solving and goal achievement

Excellent in collaborative communication with team members and customers

Fluent Spanish or Hmong language skills highly desirable
