Marketing Coordinator

Divergent Alliance is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and communications from our Algonquin, Illinois office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional. The position is part-time with potential to grow into a full-time role.
Pay Range: $22- $30/hr 20 to 25 hours per week
RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and grow company social media presence, with an emphasis on LinkedIn
Create content including photography, project features and employee spotlights
Support website updates and content maintenance
Maintain a library of project profiles and marketing materials
Support recruitment marketing and employer branding content
Assist with email campaigns and customer communications
Track and report on marketing metrics and engagement
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong writing and editing skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools
Photography or video experience a plus
Willingness to visit jobsites to capture content
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
