Founded in 1997, and providing nationwide services, ASG has teams based in North America, South America, and Europe.As a Video Production Specialist, you'll play a key role in every aspect of our video shoots—from organizing the studio and setting up equipment to supporting remote productions and helping to create polished, professional content. If you're passionate about technology, love working with cameras, audio gear, and lighting, and have a keen eye for detail, this role is for you!Position Type: Per-project, Non-exemptWhat You'll Do:Support in-studio, remote, and on-location video shootsPrepare, organize, and keep studio spaces production-readySet up and operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and teleprompterMaintain all production gear and studio equipmentOffer technical support and remote teleprompting for virtual shootsIngest, organize, and hand off media to the post-production teamRecord voice-overs and podcast material as neededLoad and prep equipment for shoots, ensuring all gear returns safelyWork with Studio Leads to manage equipment inventoriesKeep storage areas organized and studio environments safeReview footage and recommend workflow improvementsAssess gear needs and coordinate rentals for upcoming projectsStay up to date with the latest production gear and technologyAssist in scouting locations and testing new equipmentCollaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth sets and great resultsRegularly meet with team leads to maintain high standardsWho You Are:3+ years of experience with studio and on-location video shootsComfortable with studio and green screen productionQuick to learn new technologies (cameras, lighting, etc.)Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsFamiliar with Adobe Creative Suite and relevant production software (e.g., Iconik)Able to navigate Apple computers and basic troubleshootingExperienced working in live event or corporate settings, especially with high-level talentDeeply knowledgeable about video, audio, and lighting standardsFriendly, helpful, and clear in all communicationsTeam player who is always willing to lend a handPhysical Demands:Able to lift up to 50 lbs (with occasional heavier lifting when needed with assistance)Comfortable with sitting, standing, and moving around event venues for extended periodsFrequent use of hands for equipment and editingOccasional bending and stoopingWork Environment & Travel:Primarily on-site with some outdoor work (varied weather conditions)Flexible schedule with some projects requiring work on weekends or holidaysTravel to project sites as neededWhy Work With Us?
