Multisite Senior Living Sales & Marketing Director

Homestead Home Health Care is seeking an Area Sales & Marketing Director to lead multi-site sales across our senior living and home health communities. This floating leadership role travels between locations to stabilize vacancies, coach teams, and drive census growth with minimal ramp-up time.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in senior living or healthcare sales, strong referral development skills, and the ability to build relationships with hospitals, SNFs, and physician groups.
