Job Summary
We’re looking for a versatile, concept-driven Graphic & Creative Designer and visual storyteller who can turn marketing strategies, complex ideas, and product information into clear, compelling visual communications across print and digital channels. The ideal candidate understands how layout, typography, imagery, and information work together to engage audiences, develop original concepts, and carry projects from initial brief through final delivery.

Working closely with the Digital and Content Marketing Manager, the designer will serve as a hands-on creative partner supporting marketing, sales enablement, and other business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop original concepts and create high-quality, on-brand materials that support marketing strategies, audience needs, and business objectives.

Collaborate and brainstorm with internal teams on creative projects.

Own projects from concept through final delivery, proactively gathering needed information from stakeholders.

Present design concepts and thoughtfully incorporate feedback.

Review, proof, and prepare final assets for production and publication.

Maintain accurate, organized creative assets within the company’s digital asset management system and other approved repositories.

Prioritize and manage multiple projects, meet agreed-upon deadlines, and communicate potential obstacles early.

Embrace new creative challenges and develop new capabilities as Polydeck’s needs, tools, and channels evolve.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience preferred

Strong conceptual, print, and digital design portfolio

End-to-end design project experience

Experience applying brand standards

Web, UI/UX, and WordPress builder knowledge

Ability to learn new technologies and platforms

Video editing and motion graphics experience preferred

Interest in and ability to learn 3D modeling and visualization tools as Polydeck's creative capabilities evolve

Compensation to be determined based on experience & applicants qualifications.
