Part-Time Digital Art Director

Part-Time Digital Art DirectorRobert Half's marketing & creative client, a social advocacy technology company, is seeking a Part-Time Digital Art Director for a 2+ month contract opportunity in the Greater Boston area. This is a remote, 20-hour-per-week contract (candidates must be available for daily 1-hour meetings; the remaining hours are flexible). The Art Director will partner closely with the Senior Art Director to develop and execute compelling digital campaign creative during a busy campaign season. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role focused on concept development, visual storytelling, and creative execution across video, social media, and other digital channels.Key Responsibilities:Partner with the Senior Art Director to concept and develop digital campaignsContribute creative ideas, visual concepts, and campaign storytelling approachesDesign digital assets for social media, paid media, email, and web channelsCreate storyboards and visual narratives for video and social contentDevelop layouts and creative concepts aligned with campaign goals and messagingProduce high-quality static and motion-ready creative assetsPrepare production-ready files for internal and external partnersParticipate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback into final deliverablesStay current on social media trends, video content best practices, and emerging creative formats
