This hybrid role serves two connected functions at 1 Bold Step: bringing marketing deliverables to life and keeping client account work on schedule. One day you're building a killer one-pager or setting up an email campaign in HubSpot, the next you're the reason five different deliverables land on time without anyone breaking a sweat. If you love a good design asset as much as a well-organized Asana board, this is your happy place.
As our Marketing & Account Coordinator, you'll create on-brand design assets, execute campaign content, help keep HubSpot data clean, and serve as the day-to-day coordination point for assigned client accounts, keeping the trains running so the team can focus on the big picture. While this role has defined primary responsibilities, agency life requires flexibility. You'll occasionally work on projects outside your core job description to support client needs and business priorities.
