Field Marketing

Delight Notion customers and prospects through guest-first field events and experiences
Own end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of field programs for the AMER Sales team
Plan executive experiences, large-format educational events, trade shows, and co-sponsored partner activations
Manage event logistics, production, venue sourcing, budget tracking, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, content development, and audience acquisition
Use quantitative and qualitative insights to recommend field-event investments that drive business impact
Partner with Sales and Marketing to align events and audiences with top-account objectives
Partner with Operations and BizTech teams to manage and improve go-to-market systems
Requirements 4-5+ years of related marketing experience
Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools
Experience building field events from scratch
Ability to balance experimentation with strategic thinking
Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and creative teams
Understanding of pipeline contribution and revenue impact
Experience in a fast-paced, B2B tech environment (nice to have)
