We are currently seeking to recruit a Team Leader to join our Gateway Team. Receiving over 400 contacts a day, Gateway is a busy team supporting people at the initial point of contact; ensuring appropriate signposting, direct access to services or referral to appropriate teams in a timely and proportionate manner.

We have a clear vision of our role in supporting people in Calderdale to maximise choice, control, and independence. The team currently comprises of qualified Social Workers, Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Social Care Advisors. We pride ourselves in an integrated, solution focused and strength-based approach which engages partners to secure better outcomes and optimise networks of support.
