In-House Marketing Director Real Estate Growth

Gaines Investment Trust in La Jolla (San Diego) is seeking an in-house marketing leader to own paid search, online listings, websites, social channels and the brand for our 8,300 apartments across six states.
You will build Google Ads, manage budgets, reduce cost per lead, and travel quarterly to markets; this role requires hands-on PPC, 5+ years in apartment marketing, and experience with Yardi/RentCafe, Google Analytics. This is an office-based position.
